Miles 57 – 60 With Friends
Today’s run was short and sweet. Because I have ran for 21 days straight without a “rest” day and because time was limited (this is the main reason). It was 4 quick miles on the treadmill….. did I mention a heat index around 110 outside today? No thanks. The One Mile of Honor event is at 168 “attending”. Still picking up a few of the AWESOME people everyday. Thanks.
